Pre-clean walk through

At the start of each cleaning appointment, we take a walk through the spaces that need cleaning to get a better understanding of your needs. Our experts will take note of any areas of concern, existing conditions, and have a chat with you about what you hope to achieve. This way, we can tailor our cleaning to meet your specific requirements.

Vacuuming

Before beginning the cleaning process, it’s important to remove as much loose dirt and debris as possible from the carpet. 

Pre-treatment

If there are any stains or heavily soiled areas on the carpet, we will treat them with a specially formulated cleaning solution before the main cleaning process begins. This solution will help to loosen and lift the dirt and stains, making them easier to remove.

Agitation

Once our cleaning solution has been applied to the carpet, it’s important to agitate the fibers with a counter-rotating brush machine to loosen the dirt and stains.

Extraction

Our powerful equipment is then used to extract the water, dirt, and cleaning solution from the carpet leaving absolutely no residue behind.

Enzyme Treatment

We apply enzymes to break down and remove pet stains and odors

Sanitizing

We use a peroxide-based cleaning solution to neutralize allergens and deodorize the carpet 

Protection

We want to make sure your carpet stays looking its best, so we always apply a special carpet protector . This helps to keep dust, spills, and stains from settling in and damaging your carpet.
