Pre-clean walk through

At the start of each cleaning appointment, we take a walk through the spaces that need cleaning to get a better understanding of your needs. Before beginning the cleaning process, it’s important to remove as much loose dirt and debris as possible from the carpet. 

Pre-treatment

If there are any stains or heavily soiled areas on the carpet, we will treat them with a specially formulated cleaning solution before the main cleaning process begins. This solution will help to loosen and lift the dirt and stains, making them easier to remove.

Agitation

Once our cleaning solution has been applied to the carpet, it’s important to agitate the fibers with a counter-rotating brush machine to loosen the dirt and stains.

Extraction

Our powerful equipment is then used to extract the water, dirt, and cleaning solution from the carpet leaving absolutely no residue behind.
